以 [99Tcm(OH2 ) 3 (CO) 3 ]+ 为前体 ,对两种有机膦配体 (PPh3 和 Tetrofosmin)进行了 99Tcm(CO) 3核配合物的制备 ,得到了放化纯度大于 95 %的 99Tcm(CO) 3 -有机膦配合物 ;并进行了其电性、稳定性及小鼠生物分布的初步研究。99Tcm(I) (CO) 3 - tetrofosmin的小鼠体内分布结果表明 ,配合物主要通过肝脏系统进行代谢 ,血摄取量较低 ,血池清除较快
The 99Tcm (CO) 3 complexes of two kinds of organic phosphine ligands (PPh3 and Tetrofosmin) were prepared by using [99Tcm (OH2) 3 (CO) 3] 99Tcm (CO) 3 - organophosphine complexes were prepared. Their electrical properties, stability and the biodistribution of the mice were studied. The in vivo distribution of 99Tcm (I) (CO) 3 - tetrofosmin in mice showed that the complex was metabolized mainly by the liver system with lower blood uptake and faster blood pool clearance
