2015年11月,中国人民大学和文化部文化产业司联合主办的“文化中国:中国文化产业指数发布会暨拉动城乡居民文化消费试点项目阶段成果发布会”会上,发布了“中国省市文化产业发展指数(2015)”和“中国文化消费发展指数(2015)”。科研成果显示我国文化产业尚处在发展阶段;文化产业空间结构不均衡,和经济社会发展表现出正相关,东部沿海多,西部少;城乡文化产品消费失衡,显著体现在经济不发达地区;一般文化消费品及高端文化消费品的空间分布失衡,东部沿海文化产品多样,缺少普适文化产品;各区域对文化产业重视及扶植力度不同。文化产业产能及供给空间分布不均衡集中体现了马斯洛需求理论,满足我国产业等级一般特征需求,原因在于各区域文化产业视程度及发展扶植力度不同。
In November 2015, “China: Cultural China: Conference on Census of Chinese Cultural Industries and Results Launch of the Pilot Project for Promoting Cultural Consumption of Urban and Rural Residents” was jointly sponsored by the Chinese People’s University and the Ministry of Culture and Industry. At the conference, “China Provincial Cultural Industry Development Index (2015) ”and“ China Cultural and Consumer Development Index (2015) ”. Scientific research shows that China’s cultural industry is still at a stage of development. The spatial structure of cultural industries is unbalanced and shows positive correlation with economic and social development. There are many coastal areas in the east and few western areas. The unbalanced consumption of cultural products in urban and rural areas is obviously manifested in economically underdeveloped areas. The spatial distribution of cultural consumer goods and high-end consumer goods is unbalanced. The coastal cultural products in the east are diverse and lack universal cultural products. Different regions attach great importance to and support different cultural industries. The unbalanced distribution of production capacity and supply space in the cultural industry embodies Maslow’s demand theory in a concentrated manner to meet the general characteristics of the industry in China. The reason lies in the different degrees of cultural industries in each region and the development support.
