遵循“离散设备优先动作,连续设备精细调节”的原则,以变电站母线电压上下限为协调约束,提出了一种基于协调约束实时更新的厂站协调电压控制方案。首先在变电站侧增加虚拟调相机,通过站内协调,在给出离散设备控制策略的同时,得到虚拟调相机的期望无功出力;然后,按照控制等价原则,将虚拟调相机无功出力转换为实时更新的协调约束,并加入到本区域的协调二级电压控制(CSVC)模型中统一求解,该CSVC模型无离散变量,避免了混合整数规划问题的求解。所述成果已在国内多个网、省级电网得到实际应用。
Following the principle of “priority of discrete equipment and fine adjustment of continuous equipment”, taking the substation bus voltage upper and lower limits as the coordination constraint, a coordination scheme of plant coordinated voltage control based on coordinated constraints real-time updating was proposed. First of all, a virtual camera is added to the side of the substation. Through the coordination within the station, the control strategy of discrete devices is given, and the expected reactive output of the virtual camera is obtained. Then, the reactive power output of the virtual camera is converted into Real-time updated coordination constraints, and added to the region of the coordinated two voltage control (CSVC) model unified solution, the CSVC model without discrete variables, to avoid the mixed integer programming problem solving. The results have been more than the domestic network, the provincial power grid has been the practical application.
