一些名贵药材中含有相当数量的锗,因此,锗的药用研究受到重视。本实验对我国自行合成的有机锗化合物Ge-132(carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide,O_3(GeCH_2 CH_2 COOH)_2进行急性毒性、抗肿瘤作用和对NK细胞活性影响的研究。Ge-132毒性很小,其LD_(50)在腹腔注射为2.60±0.18g/kg,口服为12.60±1.14g/kg。Ge-132具有一定的抗肿瘤作用。以0.15~0.30g/kg腹腔给药10次,艾氏腹水癌荷瘤小鼠生命延长30~40%;同样剂量口服或腹腔注射10次。S180肉瘤荷瘤小鼠生命延长30~55%。以YAC-1细胞为靶细胞的~(51)Cr短期释放试验表明,Ge-132能够增强正常和荷瘤小鼠的NK细胞活性。口服Ge-132 0.10、0.20和0.30g/kg后24h,正常Balb/c小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性分别比对照
