河南省冶金建材厅于1996年6月27日～30日在河南省确山水泥厂召开了河南省第三届新型干法水泥企业达标达产协作攻关研讨年会。参加年会的单位除了该省新型干法水泥厂外,还有天津院、合肥院和西安建筑科技大学。河南省共有新型干法水泥生产线7条,目前都未完全达标或达产。省冶金建材厅对达标达产工作非常重视,早在1994年就指定专门机构和人员开展这项工作,行动快,有目标,有计划,有组织,有落实,在全国带了一个好头,取得了很大成绩。
The Metallurgical Building Materials Department of Henan Province held the 3rd annual meeting of the new dry-process cement companies meeting the standard for the achievement of collaboration and research in Henan Province’s Queshan Cement Plant from June 27th to 30th, 1996. Apart from the new dry-process cement plant in the province, the units participating in the annual meeting are Tianjin Institute, Hefei University and Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology. There are 7 new dry process cement production lines in Henan Province, which are currently not fully up to standard or reach production. The Provincial Department of Metallurgy and Building Materials attaches great importance to the attainment of standards and production. As early as 1994, designated specialized agencies and personnel carried out this work. The action was fast, goal-oriented, planned, organized, implemented, and brought a good start to the nation. Made great achievements.
