新生儿败血症是致病菌侵入血循环,而致机体发生菌血症或脓毒血症的自身感染性疾病,血培养可以检出致病菌。近年来由于新生抗生素的不断发展,抢救技术的提高,新生儿败血症的病死率有所下降。现就我院1988-1994年经血液细菌学检查新生儿败血症40例报告如下: 1 一般资料 40例新生儿中男23例(占57.5%),女17例(占42.5%),男女比例1.35:1。生后一周内发病18例(占45%),生后2周内发病9例(占22.5%),生后3周内发病8例(占20%),
