文章结合配电网负荷的特点以及不同类型充电机的充放电特性,分析了电动汽车充电站运行时对配电网运行产生的影响,并评估了不同原理、不同充电模式下的充电机能耗。利用Matlab/Simulink仿真平台建立电动汽车充电站仿真模型,考虑了三相整流、DC/DC变换器模块,并计及配电线路阻抗、配电变压器影响。为准确检测充电机不同充电方式时的谐波以及间谐波情况,提出一种新的FFT加窗插值和神经网络相结合的谐波与间谐波分析方法。文章在充电机建模完整性、谐波分析算法、充电机能耗和脉冲充电机电能计量误差等方面的研究成果,对制定合理的收费政策、充电机建设规划和选型、计量仪表合理配置,以及电动汽车充换电站安全运行具有指导意义。
Combined with the characteristics of distribution network load and the charge and discharge characteristics of different types of chargers, this paper analyzes the impact of EV charging stations on the operation of distribution network and evaluates the charger energy consumption under different principles and different charging modes. The simulation model of EV charging station is established by using Matlab / Simulink simulation platform. The three-phase rectifier and DC / DC converter module are considered, and the influence of distribution line impedance and distribution transformer is taken into account. In order to accurately detect the harmonics and interharmonics of different charging modes of the charger, a new harmonic and inter-harmonic analysis method combining FFT windowed interpolation and neural network is proposed. In the paper, the research achievements in the aspects of charging machine modeling integrity, harmonic analysis algorithm, charging machine energy consumption and pulse charging machine energy metering error are analyzed in detail. As well as the safe operation of electric vehicle charging and discharging station has guiding significance.
