1举办第27次消防审议会2014年2月13日,总务省消防厅在东京都千代田区举办了第27次消防审议会。此次会议主要讨论了以消防团为中心,进一步强化消防团的作用及推进地域防灾能力。1.1强化消防团的作用在强化消防团的作用中,迄今为止已采取了各种各样的举措,但是近年来随着社会形势的变化(少子化、高龄化、人口减少、东京大地震、大岛町等大范围的风、水灾害等),今后如何强化消防团员的战斗力,就成为探讨及亟待解决的问题。1.2推进地域防灾能力把强化以消防团为中心的地域防灾能力,作为国民运动广泛开展是否有益进行探讨的同时,还商讨了
