目的:探讨生精散胶囊对小鼠生殖能力改善的作用机制。方法:对比肾阳虚小鼠使用生精散胶囊治疗前后其生殖激素水平及SOD、MDA的变化。结果:肾阳虚小鼠灌胃生精散胶囊治疗后血FSH、LH、T、GnRH均明显升高(P<0.05),小鼠附睾组织匀浆MDA浓度明显降低,而SOD浓度显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:生精散通过调节垂体-下丘脑-性腺轴的功能来调节生精过程,并且可增强体内抗氧化酶活性,增强附睾功能,从而发挥抗氧化作用,保护附睾精子免受氧化损伤。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Shengjingsan capsule on the improvement of reproductive ability in mice. Methods: The levels of reproductive hormones and the changes of SOD and MDA in the mice with kidney-yang deficiency were compared before and after treatment with Shengjing San capsule. RESULTS: The blood FSH, LH, T, and GnRH levels were significantly increased in mice with kidney-yang deficiency mice treated with Guanwei Shengjing San Capsules (P<0.05). The concentration of MDA in the epididymis tissue of the mice was significantly decreased, while the SOD concentration was significantly increased. (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Shengjing Powder can regulate the spermatogenesis process by regulating the function of the pituitary-hypothalamic-gonadal axis, and it can enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the body and enhance epididymal function, thereby exerting anti-oxidation and protecting epididymal sperm from oxidative damage.
