当企业迈向国际化,公司的驻外人选就成为企业最棘手问题。“将”在外,有时不听母公司“君”命,或稍一疏失,就全盘皆输,兵败如山倒。 曾经有位国际专家提出理想国际经理人必须具备的条件:奥运会选手的精力;爱因斯坦的智慧;语言学教授的会话技巧;法官的果断公平;外交官的敏捷机智;埃及金字塔构建者的耐性;对于外国文化要有感受,能够容忍,在道德判断上不要过于苛求。 企业对于国际经理人的挑选,当然不必如上述条件严格。但基本的考虑内容及顺序可参考如下:
