当今篮球运动日趋火爆,尤其近几年中国球员入选NBA以来,在姚明、易建联、巴特尔、孙悦等人的带领下,中国的篮球运动也进行的如火如荼,并且篮球运动比赛向着“更高、更快、更强”的方向发展,对运动员身体素质的要求也越来越高,从而使得篮球比赛也日渐激烈、愈见精彩。在如此激烈、精彩的比赛和对抗中比赛双方为了争夺球权或者空间领域的控制权,需要不断的进行高速度进攻以及攻守的转换,如此一来篮球运动员不免就会发生这样或着那样的运动损伤,而在这些运动损伤中有一些损伤是可以预防或者完全可以避免的。下面我就根据个人的亲身体会把部分运动损伤产生的原因进行一下简单的分析概括,希望能给广大的篮球爱好者有所启示和借鉴。
