我国古代养生之道在经书《周易》中就有记载,老子的《道德经》更是一部关于养生与自然平衡法则的专著。养生与平衡对维护人的整体健康起着绝对重要的作用。 人的整体生命过程就是脏腑阴阳调节及经络调节、气血津液调节、主机升降出入调节的相互作用、不断平衡的结果,以保持人体内外环境的统一,维持人体的生命活动,若生理平衡被打破则会引起疾病发生,甚至危及人的寿命。人的各种生理活动亦有自己平衡运动的规律。 养生在于平衡,生命在于平衡。人体各系统、各器官机能不但要时时处于平衡统一状态,而且还要求在营养、休息、运动、环境、心理等方面保持最佳平衡。这种平衡是保持人体健康的基本条件。 营养平衡 营养过剩则过犹不及,打破了人的生活最佳平衡,正如一些西方经济发达国家流行的“文明病”一样。平时,要谨和五味,不偏食。营养平衡使人能均衡地发育生长。
