通过多步复合乳液聚合方法合成了一种具有核壳结构的刚性聚合物微球 .不同粒径、用量及核层交联密度的核壳微粒 ( C-S)与聚苯乙烯 ( PS)共混得到 PS/C-S复合材料 .通过对其冲击强度及透明性的研究表明增韧 PS的最佳条件是核壳微粒的粒径大于 1 0 0 nm,复合材料中的微粒含量在 2 %~ 5% ,核层具有适当的交联度 .在未影响材料透明性的前提下 ,材料的韧性比纯 PS提高 2倍
A kind of rigid polymer microspheres with core-shell structure was synthesized by multi-step emulsion polymerization.The core-shell particles (CS) with different particle size, dosage and cross-linking density were blended with polystyrene PS / CS composites.Studies on the impact strength and transparency show that the optimum conditions for toughening PS are that the particle size of the core-shell particles is more than 100 nm, the content of the particles in the composite is between 2% and 5% The nucleation layer has the proper degree of crosslinking.It does not affect the transparency of the material under the premise of the toughness of materials than pure PS increased by 2 times
