本文建立了以α、β、γ、δ-四苯基卟啉(TPP)为柱前衍生化试剂同时测定镉(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、铅(Ⅱ)、铜(Ⅱ)的反相高效液相色谱法.方法简便、快速、分离效果好、精密度较高,RS.D在1.9%—5.0%之间,回收率在95.7%—104.0%之间.最低检出量为11pg镉(Ⅱ)、0.33gg锌(Ⅱ)、414pg铅(Ⅱ)、63.5pg铜(Ⅱ).本方法已试用于正常人全血中四种微量元素的测定,结果较为满意
In this paper, simultaneous determination of Cd (Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ), Pb (Ⅱ) and Cu (Ⅱ) with α, β, γ and δ-tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) High performance liquid chromatography.The method is simple, rapid, good separation effect, high precision, RS.D between 1.9% -5.0%, the recovery was 95.7% -104.0% .The minimum detectable amount of 11pg cadmium (Ⅱ), 0.33gg zinc (Ⅱ), 414pg lead (Ⅱ), 63.5pg copper (Ⅱ) .This method has been tested in the determination of four trace elements in normal human whole blood, the results are more satisfactory
