每一个人读书都是个性化的,在互相不了解内容的时候进行交流,显然不合时宜,读书交流应是基于每个人的读书和工作的实际,进行有规划、有组织的读书推荐等交流活动。这样既可分享读书成果,又为交流互动的深入研讨提供了条件,更主要的是能通过读书推荐进一步掀起下一轮读书的高潮。学生更是这样,每个班级都有图书角,要持之以恒扎扎实实地开展读书活动,应成立读书会,和班级的管理、每周的班会、语文学科的课外活动结合起来,并且要定期召开读书交流
