宏观物业税可能在适当时机试点 中国人民银行行长周小川近日表示,我国将在适当时机选择试点实施物业税。届时将对不动产开征统一规范的物业税(财产税),相应取消其他与房地产有关的税费。这意味着消费者的购房成本将降低10%~20%,但与此同时,购房后的物业税将比过去有所增加。(点评:这很可能导致住宅商品房“平买贵用”的现象,也就是说,老百姓可能买房容易养房难。)
