3月30日,中国专利局在北京召开了专利法实施五周年座谈会,约150人出席了会议。应邀参加会议的有:国家科委常务副主任蒋民宽、全国人大法制委员会副主任顾明、中国发明协会会长武衡、中国贸促会会长郑鸿业、新闻出版署署长宋木文、国家资产局局长汤丙午,国家工商局副局长甘国屏、国务院法制局副局长黄曙海,还有黄坤益、柳谷书等同志以及有关部门负责人。
On March 30, the Chinese Patent Office held a forum on the fifth anniversary of the implementation of the Patent Law in Beijing, and about 150 people attended the meeting.
