思密达主要成分为双八面体蒙脱石。其治疗急、慢性腹泻疗效较好。笔者遇到1例服用思密达过敏病例,报道如下。 患者,男,34岁。因患慢性腹泻一个多月,先后服用吡哌酸、环丙沙星、庆大霉素均未见好转,停药一周后,来院就诊,笔者建议服用思密达(益普生制药公司,24,rue Erlanger P75781,法国巴黎)日服3次,每次1包。服药后阵发性腹痛消失,腹泻症状明显好转。但服药后第2天全身皮肤瘙痒,并有大片状荨麻疹出现,自行停药未经治疗,皮疹及瘙痒渐渐消失。两天后腹泻又加重,再次服用思密达1包,约2小时后瘙痒、大片状荨麻疹又复出现,且其过敏症状较第一次加重,静推10％葡萄糖酸钙10ml后,皮疹、瘙痒症状渐消失。 患者服药期间未服用其它药物,且两次服药均有过敏症状出现,故可确诊为思密达所致过敏,临床上偶见便秘的副作用,尚未见引起过敏反应报道,提醒临床医师用药时应注意其过敏反应。 Smectite main components of double octahedral montmorillonite.
