基础教育新课程改革和教师专业化发展,要求中小学语文教师改变传统的职业角色,由过去单纯的教育教学实践者,转变成为教育教学的实践者和研究者。但长期以来,多数中小学语文教师存在着教育科研素质不高的状况,这种状况制约了教师个体专业化的发展和学校教育教学质量的提高,不适应基础教育新课程改革的需要。因此,激发中小学语文教师从事教育科研的动机和意识、提升教育科研的素质无疑是当前中小学教育工作的重要问题。
The new curriculum reform of basic education and the development of teachers’ professionalism require Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools to change their traditional professional roles. From simple education and teaching practitioners in the past, they have become practitioners and researchers of education and teaching. However, for a long time, most Chinese teachers in primary and middle schools have a poor educational and scientific research status. This situation restricts the development of individual professionalization of teachers and the improvement of school education and teaching quality, and does not meet the needs of the new curriculum reform of basic education. Therefore, it is undoubtedly an important issue in the current primary and secondary education to stimulate the motivation and awareness of Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools to engage in education and scientific research and to improve the quality of educational research.
