[目的]探讨电焊作业对接触人员脂质过氧化及体液免疫水平的影响。[方法]对67名电焊作业人员(接触组)及56名不接触有害因素的人员(对照组)测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性、血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、血清IgG、IgA、IgM含量。[结果]接触组血清SOD活性、GSH-PX活性,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);而血清MDA含量,接触组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);血清IgG、IgA含量,接触组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]以锰化合物为主的电焊烟尘可导致接触者体内脂质过氧化水平的增高及体内抗氧化能力下降,并能降低机体的体液免疫水平。
[Objective] To investigate the influence of welding operation on the level of lipid peroxidation and humoral immunity in contact workers. [Method] The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in serum of 67 workers (contact group) and 56 persons who did not touch the harmful factors ) Activity, serum malondialdehyde (MDA) content, serum IgG, IgA, IgM content. [Results] The serum SOD activity and GSH-PX activity in the contact group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), while the serum MDA level in the contact group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Serum IgG and IgA levels were lower in the contact group than in the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The welding fumes mainly containing manganese compounds can lead to the increase of lipid peroxidation level in the contact persons and the decrease of the antioxidant capacity in vivo, and reduce the level of humoral immunity in the body.
