将60 Co γ射线用于水稻花药培养育种中 ,结果表明 ,5~ 1 0Gy的低剂量处理接种前花药能提高花培绿苗诱导率 ,1 5 0~ 2 0 0Gy的高剂量急性处理水稻F0 代干种子 ,接种M1代花药 ,对花药绿苗诱导效果不明显 ,但能提高花培后代植株的变异频率 ;接种 2 5 0Gy剂量处理F0 代种子的当代材料花药 ,会降低花药培养力。
60 Co γ-rays were used in rice anther culture and breeding. The results showed that the low dose of 5 ~ 10 Gy treatment could increase the induction rate of flower green seedlings and the high dose of 150 ~ 2000 Gy of F0 Generation of seeds and inoculation of M1 anthers did not show obvious effect on the induction of anther green shoots, but increased the frequency of mutation in the progenies of the anther culture. Anther culture ability of anthers was reduced by inoculation of anther of F0 generation at 250 Gy.
