一、加强师生之间、学生之间的交往互动,共同发展本学期,我和本校其他物理教师在吃透教材的基础上,分工撰写教案,以组讨论定稿。每个人根据本班学生的情况说课、主讲、自评;积极利用各种教学资源,创造性地使用教材公开轮讲,反复听评,从研、讲、听、评中推敲完善出精彩的案例。在集体备课中,这种分合协作的备课方式,既照顾到各班实际情况,又有利于教师之间的优势互补,从而整体提高备课水平。课前精心备课,撰写教案,实施以后趁记忆犹新,回顾、反思,写下自己执教时的切身体会或疏漏,
