采用微型反应器,以正庚烷为原料,在一定反应温度和液空速为10h-1条件下,考察烃类裂化催化剂CRC-3的选择性活性随老化时间的变化规律。模拟工业流化催化裂化(FCC)条件人工制备钒中毒催化剂,对其反应选择性活性进行考察。然后制备碳酸锶组分的钝钒剂,考察不同碳酸锶加量的钝钒效果。数据表明:任一碳酸锶加量作为钝钒剂均能起到一定的钝钒效果,而向被钒中毒的催化剂中加入10%左右的碳酸锶起到最佳的钝钒效果。
Using a micro-reactor, n-heptane as a raw material, under certain reaction temperature and liquid hourly space velocity of 10h-1, investigated the selective activity of hydrocarbon cracking catalyst CRC-3 with aging time. Simulation of industrial fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) conditions artificial preparation of vanadium poisoning catalyst, the selective activity of the reaction were investigated. Then, the vanadium component of strontium carbonate was prepared to investigate the vanadium-vanadium effect of different amount of strontium carbonate. The data show that any amount of strontium carbonate as a vanadium-reducing agent can play a blunt vanadium effect, while adding about 10% of strontium carbonate to a vanadium-poisoned catalyst results in the best vanadium-vanadium precipitation.
