目的:探讨甘寒归肝肾经中药药性与免疫增强药理活性之间的关系,寻找归肝肾经甘寒中药有别于其他中药的共同药效。方法:以环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,CTX)制备小鼠免疫低下模型并结合体外药理实验,测定灌胃给药后小鼠体内巨噬细胞吞噬率、体外腹腔巨噬细胞(macrophage,Mф)活性及其吞噬鸡红细胞(chicken red blood cell,CRBC)的功能、血清溶血素抗体水平,并观察植物血凝素(phytohemagglutinin,PHA)诱导T淋巴细胞的增殖反应。结果:甘寒归肝肾经中药显著提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。结论:提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能是甘寒归肝肾经中药药效谱(药性)中的一项共同药效,但与另3类中药比较,不具备特有性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the herbal medicine properties of Gan Han and the liver and kidney, and the pharmacological activities of immune enhancement, and to find the common efficacy of Ganhegan and Ganjing herbs that are different from other traditional Chinese medicines. METHODS: A mouse immunocompromised model was prepared with cyclophosphamide (CTX) and combined with in vitro pharmacological experiments to determine the macrophage phagocytosis rate and the activity of macrophage (Mф) in vitro in mice after intragastric administration. It engulfed the function of chicken red blood cells (CRBC) and serum hemolysin antibody levels, and observed the proliferative response of phytohemagglutinin (PHA)-induced T lymphocytes. RESULTS: The Gangangan, liver and kidney herbs significantly improved the immune function of immunosuppressed mice. Conclusion: Improving immune function in immunosuppressed mice is a common effect of Gan Han Gui Gui He Shen Kidney by the efficacy spectrum (drug property) of traditional Chinese medicine, but it is not unique compared with the other three types of Chinese medicine.
