《关于修订<山东省农业机械安全监督管理办法>等42件省政府规章的决定》业经省政府同意,现予发布施行。根据《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》的有关规定,省政府决定对《山东省农业机械安全监督管理办法》等42件省政府规章作如下修
The Decision of Amending the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of 42 Provincial Governments of Shandong Province on the Safety Supervision and Administration of Agricultural Machinery and other industries was promulgated and implemented with the consent of the provincial government. According to the “People’s Republic of China Administrative Punishment Law,” the relevant provisions of the provincial government decided to “Shandong Province Agricultural Machinery Safety Supervision and Management Measures” and other 42 provincial government regulations as follows
