我院自1955年10月至1964年5月10年中,共治疗3～15岁小儿破伤风25例,特提出几点体会,以供参考。一般分析男17例,女8例,年龄以5～8岁最多共13例,患儿大部分生长在农村。头部外伤7例,足外伤5例,手割伤2例,下肢割伤2例,胸部烫伤1例,手指蛇咬伤1例,齿龈炎症2例,急性中耳炎1例(因溺水引起),头部疖肿2例,足烫伤1例,外伤部位不明1例。25例中在伤后曾以新鲜青草包扎伤口或创面11例,用尘土包敷创口压迫止血2例,用蜘蛛卵敷贴创口1例,齿龈炎患儿中的1例曾在当地切开排脓。
Our hospital from October 1955 to May 1964 in May 10 years, a total of 25 children aged 3 to 15 years of treatment of tetanus, special made some experience for reference. General analysis of 17 males and 8 females, aged 5 to 8 years up to a total of 13 cases, most of the children grow in rural areas. 7 cases of head trauma, 5 cases of foot trauma, 2 cases of hand incision, 2 cases of lower limb incision, 1 case of chest scald, 1 case of finger snake bite, 2 cases of gingivitis, 1 case of acute otitis media (due to drowning) 2 cases of head swelling, 1 case of foot burns, 1 case of unknown trauma. Of the 25 cases, 11 wounds or wounds were covered with fresh green grass after wounding, 2 cases were covered with dust-coated wounds, 1 case was covered with spider eggs, and 1 case of gingivitis was incised locally pus.
