心理素质是人才素质结构的有机组成部分,心理素质的培养是时代的要求和社会发展的大趋势。本文既分析在心理学教学中加强心理素质培养的重要性,又探讨其实施途径。说明心理素质的培养有助于促进学生整体素质的发展及教师自身素质的提高。
Psychological quality is an integral part of the quality structure of human resources. The cultivation of psychological qualities is a requirement of the times and a general trend of social development. This article not only analyzes the importance of strengthening psychological quality in psychology teaching, but also discusses the ways of its implementation. It shows that the cultivation of psychological quality helps to promote the development of students ’overall quality and the improvement of teachers’ own quality.
