谭凤超,男,研究生学历,中共党员,高级工程师,现任北京城建北方建设有限责任公司副总经理、北京城建北方建设有限责任公司五棵松路32号院办公及商业综合楼工程项目部项目经理、党委书记。他从事项目管理工作16年,先后主持北京西站邮件处理中心、北京国际邮件处理中心、奥运村、全国宣传干部学院综合楼等10余项公司重点工程,累计施工面积80余万平方米。创市优工程一项,其余全部达到优良工程标准,工程多次获得“北京市结构长城杯金杯奖”、“北京市绿色安全文明样板工地”的荣誉称号。2010年4
