将振荡理论引入振动筛,通过对振荡筛建立运动学方程式,分析了振荡筛筛面物料滑移和抛掷运动特点,并推导了振荡筛的正向和反向滑动相位角,以及其抛掷指数与抛离角的关系。运用ADAMS对振荡筛以及同结构的双轴直线振动筛进行建模和运动学仿真,对比分析发现振荡筛在筛分过程中质心位移小,减小了势能损耗,达到了节能效果。
The oscillation theory is introduced into the shaker. The kinematics equations of the shaker are established. The characteristics of material slippage and throwing are analyzed.
