贵州是个山区,配制混凝土用的粗细骨料为碎石和山砂,由于这些骨料呈棱角形,表面粗糙,使混凝土混合物的流动性较差。特别是配制低标号混凝土,由于水泥用量少,混合物的和易性更差,给施工操作带来困难。因此,在山砂混凝土中,推广使用糖蜜减水剂,有很好的技术经济效果。近几年来;贵州建工、建材系统,在低标号山砂混凝土中,大量推广使用了糖蜜缓凝减水剂,节约了水泥,改善了混凝土的操作条件,确保了混凝土的质量。糖蜜缓凝减水剂是一种棕红色的粘稠液体。它系制糖工业中提炼食糖后剩下的残液,经石灰处理后,具有碱性(pH值12—14)的表
