以山东省枣庄市峄城区中国石榴种质资源圃内38个石榴品种为试材,用20条RAPD引物对其进行扩增,根据扩增结果进行UPGMA聚类分析和主坐标分析,研究了38份材料的亲缘关系。结果表明:20条RAPD引物在38份材料中共产生146个位点,多态性位点为109,多态性比率为74.6%;38个品种间遗传相似系数变化范围为0.45~1.00;在相似系数为0.58处,将38个品种可以分为四大类,得出品种间的亲缘关系与形态学和地理分布没有明显相关性;38份材料可以分为两大类,主坐标分析结果与UPGMA的聚类结果存在一定差异。
Thirty-eight pomegranate cultivars in the Chinese pomegranate germplasm resource garden in Chengcheng District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province were used as materials to amplify them with 20 RAPD primers. UPGMA cluster analysis and principal coordinate analysis were conducted based on the amplification results. Material relationship. The results showed that there were 146 loci in total of 38 accessions with polymorphic loci of 109 and a polymorphism rate of 74.6%. The genetic similarity coefficients of 38 cultivars varied from 0.45 to 1.00. Coefficient of 0.58, the 38 varieties can be divided into four categories, concluded that the relationship between species and morphological and geographical distribution no significant correlation; 38 materials can be divided into two categories, the main coordinate analysis results and UPGMA There is a certain difference between the clustering results.
