语言测试与语言教学的关系历来是关注的焦点之一,近年来反拨效应的研究越来越受到关注。新教学大纲的提出,对学生的口语能力提出了更高的要求。本文对期末增设口语考试的反拨效应进行了问卷调查,结果表明在大学英语教学中,期末增设口语考试,而不单独开设口语课的做法对学生起到了正面的、积极的反拨作用。特别是在提升学生口语学习意识、增加学生英语学习兴趣、增强英语学习信心等方面。因此,充分利用口语考试所产生的积极的反拨作用,有助于学生提高英语水平。
The relationship between language testing and language teaching has always been one of the focuses of attention. In recent years, the research of backwash effect has drawn more and more attention. The new syllabus put forward higher requirements for students’ oral ability. This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the backwash effect of the additional oral test at the end of the period. The result shows that in the college English teaching, adding the oral test at the end of the period instead of opening the oral course alone has a positive and negative counterproductive effect on the students. Especially in enhancing students’ awareness of spoken language learning, increasing their interest in English learning and enhancing their confidence in English learning. Therefore, taking full advantage of the positive counter-productive effect of the oral exams will help students improve their English proficiency.
