以N,N-二羟乙基甲酰胺(NBF)为新型塑化剂,采用流延成膜的方法制备聚乙烯醇(PVA)膜。FTIR表明PVA膜中NBF与PVA间可形成氢键,NBF与PVA间相容性良好。利用DSC研究PVA膜热性能,NBF可降低PVA的熔点和玻璃化转变温度。XRD表明NBF可降低膜中PVA的结晶度。测定了PVA膜的透水性能,随塑化剂含量增加,水蒸气透过率增加。采用万能拉力试验机研究PVA膜的力学性能,随塑化剂含量增加,PVA膜拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率提高。NBF是PVA有效的塑化剂。
Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) film was prepared by casting film forming method using N, N-dimethylolformamide (NBF) as a new plasticizer. FTIR indicates that hydrogen bond can be formed between NBF and PVA in PVA film, and the compatibility between NBF and PVA is good. Using DSC to study the thermal properties of PVA film, NBF can reduce the melting point and glass transition temperature of PVA. XRD shows that NBF can reduce the crystallinity of PVA in the film. The water permeability of the PVA film was measured. With the increase of plasticizer content, the water vapor transmission rate increased. The universal tensile testing machine was used to study the mechanical properties of PVA film. With the increase of plasticizer content, the tensile strength of PVA film decreased and the elongation at break increased. NBF is a potent plasticizer for PVA.
