用光镜和透射电镜观察了18只Wistar鼠局灶性脑缺血灶周围区(n=9)和内囊血肿周围区(n=9)的病理改变。结果发现脑缺血周围脑细胞水肿严重,水肿区宽度约1.31mm,脑血肿周围区由边界清楚的挤压区和水肿区组成,其宽度约0.85mm,这提示在损害体积相等,部位相同的情况下,缺血性脑卒中造成的损伤比出血性脑卒中造成的损伤严重。
The pathological changes in the peripheral zone of focal cerebral ischemia (n = 9) and the area surrounding the internal capsule hematoma (n = 9) were observed in 18 Wistar rats by light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that cerebral edema around cerebral ischemia was severe. The width of edema area was about 1.31mm. The surrounding area of cerebral hematoma was composed of clear extrusion area and edema area with a width of about 0.85mm, which suggested that in the lesions of equal volume, Under the same circumstances, the damage caused by ischemic stroke is more severe than that caused by hemorrhagic stroke.
