中小批生产自动化问题,是当前机械加工行业普遍在研究的一个课题。目前能够适应中小批生产的组合机床及自动线还不多,尤其是国内生产的一些组合机床自动线,大多都是适应大批量生产的。目前有不少工厂将这种适应大批量生产的组合机床自动线也用于中小批生产。这样,单从一个方面看是提高了生产率,减少了操作工人数;但从另一方面看,其设备负荷很低,甚至使用时间没有停工时间长,长期占用大块生产面积,从全面分析,这就显得极不合理。我厂在自力更生基础上自行设计制造的加16V240柴油机配气机构进、排气摇臂的组合机床自动线(见封面),比较合理地解决了这样的问题,在线上成功地使用了转塔机床和自动换刀机床,并对自动线中各台设备的节拍平衡问题采取了适当措施,从而使这条自动线比较能够适应中小批生产。下面作些简单介绍,仅供参考。
