目的:建立测定丹参调肝颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,采用5μm,4.6×250mm,C18-MS-Ⅱ色谱柱,以甲醇-水(75:25)溶液洗脱,检测波长为270nm,流速为1.00mL/min。结果:丹参酮ⅡA的回归方程为y=13561616.8x+310425.8,R2=0.9992,线性范围:2μg~12μg,精密度试验RSD<2,24h内稳定性试验RSD<2,加样回收率试验RSD<5。结论:本方法切实可行、稳定可靠、且重现性好,为丹参调肝颗粒的质量评价提供了依据。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Danshen Tiaogan Granules. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a C18-MS-Ⅱ column (5μm, 4.6 × 250mm) eluting with methanol-water (75:25) at a detection wavelength of 270nm and a flow rate of 1.00mL / min. Results: The regression equation of tanshinone ⅡA was y = 13561616.8x + 310425.8, R2 = 0.9992, linear range: 2μg ~ 12μg, precision test RSD <2,24h internal stability test RSD <2, sample recovery RSD <5 . Conclusion: The method is feasible, stable and reliable, and reproducible, providing the basis for the quality evaluation of Danshen Tiaogan granules.
