目前,我国正大力推行素质教育,农村教育和农村教师的心理健康问题又成为重中之重。综观各方形势,我们应抓住农村教师心理健康的空白点,发挥临床心理学的优势,适时把握农村教师的心理和谐状况,加强对其人文关怀和心理疏导,有针对性地解决农村教师队伍中存在的有悖和谐的心理问题,使农村教师树立关注自身心理健康的意识,打造新时期现代化的基层和谐教师队伍,有力促进社会主义和谐社会的建设。
