课改以来,经过十几年的培训、交流和探索,绝大多数一线的体育教师对于体育与健康课程理念和课程标准要求的运动参与、运动技能、身体健康、心理健康与社会适应四个方面的目标都比较熟悉,但是在常态教学中,许多教师对如何将四个方面的目标落实到课堂中还比较困惑。所以,导致很多的常态体育课依然没有摆脱课程改革前的体育教学的模式。同时,由于四个方面的目标落实不到位,出现了大量只追求形式好看的无效课堂,甚至起到了负面的影响,
