一、作好“鳴放”前的准备工作在组织,領导方面:我校整风领导小组对初三“鳴放”做了充分估计,一致认为初三能“鳴放”起来。同时分析研究了学生的思想顾虑,准备好动員报告。在学校整风領导小组領导下,还成立了学生社会主义思想教育核心小組,吸收党书記,教导主任、团总支书記、政治教师、班任代表等七人参加,负责制訂、执行社会主义課教学工作計划,掌握学生思想动态,研究“鸣放”当中的主要問題,及时指点方向。各班还以班主任,团支书和一名学生代表,组织了班級的“鳴放”领导小组,在学校核心小組的领导下,負責班級“鸣放”工作。在思想动員方面:我們先向全体教职員讲清开展学生“鳴放”的目的不是“进攻”教师,主要是为了摸清学生的思想状况,以便有的放矢地进行教育。但是,学生在“鳴放”中可能涉及到对教师的意见,教师也应做充分的思想准备。我們还向各班領导小組,部分較好
