目的本实验室前期的研究根据福寿螺外壳及软组织特点将其分为3类:黑色福寿螺、黄色福寿螺、灰色福寿螺。本实验通过对三类福寿螺对广州管圆线虫易感性进行研究,期望为广州管圆线虫病的防治提供证据。分别使用低剂量(1000条L1/只)和高剂量(4000条L1/只)的广州管圆线虫感染三类福寿螺以观察其易感性,结果发现高剂量感染组中,黄色福寿螺感染率低于灰色福寿螺(P<0.05)。黄色福寿螺对广州管圆线虫的易感性相对较低,这可能是黄色福寿螺在中国多个省份占优势的一个原因。
Purpose The previous study in our laboratory was divided into three categories according to the characteristics of the shell and soft tissue of the snails: black snails, yellow snails, gray snails. In this experiment, we studied the susceptibility of three Chinese snails to A. cantonensis, and hoped to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of C. elegans. In order to observe the susceptibility of three Chinese snails, Aphis gossypii, by using low dose (1000 L1 / only) and high dose (4000 L1 / only) respectively, the infection rate of yellow snails was found to be lower than that of high dose infection Gray snails (P <0.05). The susceptibility of the yellow snails to Helicoverospinitis aureus is relatively low, which may be one of the reasons why yellow snails dominate in various provinces of China.
