核桃脱青皮技术,关系到核桃商品质量的优劣。目前生产上采用的堆积后熟法,因青皮腐烂严重,导致果核污染面积大,污染率高。为解决这个问题,我们吸取近年来国内外对果树、蔬菜、烟草等作物应用乙烯利调节生长发育的经验,自1978年开始,先后进行了核桃采前喷洒乙烯利和采后催熟的脱皮试验研究。现总结于下: 一、材料和方法1.采前树上喷洒乙烯利试验于1978-1979年在泰安县粥店公社粥店大队进行。试材为新疆早实核桃,树龄5-6年生。采前10天处
