Wiener退化过程模型能够良好地解决监测数据存在的波动性,已逐渐成为退化数据处理的热点模型。然而,带漂移的Wiener退化过程模型主要针对线性退化轨迹模型,且要求同批次产品漂移参数为固定值,这限制了其使用范围。本研究对Wiener模型进行改进,使其具备处理非线性问题的能力,以满足评估对象的要求。将漂移参数假设为随不同研究对象而不同的随机变量,对Wiener退化过程模型进行补充完善。最后基于反应堆一回路管道裂纹数据对其进行可靠性分析,通过实例应用证明了模型的合理性。
Wiener degradation process model can well solve the volatility of monitoring data, and has gradually become a hotspot model of degeneration data processing. However, the Wiener degradation process model with drift is mainly aimed at the linear regression trajectory model, and requires the same batch product drift parameter as a fixed value, which limits the scope of its use. In this study, Wiener model is improved, which gives it the ability to deal with nonlinear problems to meet the evaluation object requirements. The drift parameter is assumed to be a random variable that varies with different subjects, and the Wiener regression model is complemented and refined. Finally, based on the reliability analysis of the reactor first-line pipe crack data, the rationality of the model is proved through examples.
