目的 探讨疱疹止痛灵 (HNK)治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛 (PHN)的效果和镇痛作用机制。方法 对疱疹止痛灵进行了系统的临床观察和动物实验研究。结果 临床应用疱疹止痛灵治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛 315例 ,总有效率 96 .5 % ,而对照组 79例 ,总有效率 44 .3% ,结果显示治疗组优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,实验证明疱疹止痛灵镇痛作用于外周交感神经末稍 ,对侧脑室给予疱疹止痛灵无镇痛作用。结论 疱疹止痛灵能有效治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛 ,止痛部位在外周交感神经末稍 ,而不是神经中枢。
Objective To investigate the effect and analgesic mechanism of herpes and painkiller (HNK) on postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods Herpes and painkillers conducted a systematic clinical observation and animal experiments. Results Herpes Zhitongling treatment 315 cases of postherpetic neuralgia, the total efficiency of 96.5%, while the control group of 79 cases, the total efficiency of 44.3%, the results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group (P < 0 .0 1), the experiment proved herpeszhitongling analgesic effect on the peripheral sympathetic nerve endings, the contralateral ventricle herpes pain relief without analgesic effect. Conclusion herpes analgesic Ling effective treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, analgesic site in peripheral sympathetic nerve endings, rather than the nerve center.
