选择25例经手术治疗的急性肠套叠患儿的受累阑尾,测定其组织脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量,并以14例择期剖腹手术患儿的正常阑尾作为对照。手术前和术后12h分别测定两组患儿血中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性及内毒素(ETX)含量。结果急性肠套叠组的LPO含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),LDH、CK活性及ETX浓度术后较术前明显升高(P<0.05)。表明急性肠套叠脱套术后发生了缺血后再灌注损伤,术后血中内毒素浓度的升高与再灌注损伤有关。
The appendiceal appendages of 25 children with acute intussusception were selected and their lipid peroxides (LPO) levels were measured. The normal appendix of 14 children undergoing elective laparotomy was selected as the control. Blood lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) activity and endotoxin (ETX) levels were measured in both groups before and 12h after operation. Results The LPO content in the acute intussusception group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The activity of LDH, CK and the concentration of ETX in the patients with acute intussusception were significantly higher than those before operation (P <0.05). It is indicated that the ischemia-reperfusion injury occurs after acute intussusception and reperfusion injury. The increase of blood endotoxin concentration is related to the reperfusion injury.
