本文对组织公平感的定义进行阐释,并说明了组织公平感主要体现在两个方面,最后,对如何提高组织公平感的人力资源管理方面提出相应的措施。
This article explains the definition of organizational justice, and shows that the sense of organizational justice is mainly reflected in two aspects. Finally, the article puts forward corresponding measures on how to improve the human resource management of organizational justice.
