上海市电力公司金山供电公司自上而下建立了领导层、中层干部和一般员工的三层绩效管理体系,针对每个层面分别从业绩和纪律两个维度进行量化考核,形成“三横二纵”的全员量化绩效管理体系。业绩考核方面中层干部及以上采用KPI的方式进行考核,一般员工采用KPI和KPB相结合的方式进行考核;纪律考核方面分别从安全纪律、工作纪律和劳动纪律三个方面进行考核。在公司内部形成了“工作看业绩、收入凭贡献”的氛围,有效促进公司与员工的和谐发展。
