用琼脂平板挖洞法和肉汤稀释法探讨了高科技新产品9381─杀灭剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌等5种细菌的抑制效果并对鸡10株大肠杆菌的抑作用与目前常用20种抗菌素做对照。结果表明,9381─杀灭剂2560─3200倍稀释对上述菌有极强的抑制效果;700倍稀释对鸡、猪大肠杆菌的抑制作用与庆大霉素相当,优于卡那霉素,先锋霉素和氯霉素等。对金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌,枯草杆菌和炭疽芽胞的杀灭试验表明,该剂具广谱性和高效性。在动物大肠杆菌病的防治方面具有经济,给药方便和效果确实等优点。
Using agar plate digging method and broth dilution method to explore the new high-tech products 9381 ─ antimicrobial agents against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli and other five kinds of bacteria inhibitory effect on 10 strains of E. coli and the current commonly used 20 kinds of antibiotics as a control. The results showed that the 9381-2560-3200 dilution of the antimicrobial agent had a very strong inhibitory effect on the above bacteria. The inhibition of 700-fold dilution on chicken and pig Escherichia coli was comparable to that of gentamycin, and was superior to kanamycin Mycin and chloramphenicol and so on. The killing tests on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and anthrax spores showed that the agent has a broad spectrum and high efficiency. In the prevention and treatment of animal colibacillosis has the advantages of economy, convenient administration and effect indeed.
