Method-Two Step Extraction Technology of the same kind solvent was used to extract Da Hong Pao pnckly ash seed by assay the extration rate.The process of extract cust oil and kernel oil with the solvent extration and supercrtical CO2 also were optimized.The result indicate that extration rate of cust oil and kemel oil with solvent oil in the optimum condition were 92.90% and 97.51% respectively, it were 92.0% and 72.3% with supercrtical CO2, respectively.However, there was a little stearic acid and heptadecane acid in sample of solvent extration but have no in the sample of supercrtical CO2.
