The disassembly sequence decision making of the used products is extremely important for the recycling of products and the reuse of components.Unfortunately,the used products exhibit high uncertainty in their properties,components,configuration structures and conditions of use.So,the predetermined disassembly process planning is often unrealistic.In order to predigest the analysis difficulty of disassembly path in deciding on the disassembly sequence of products,a decision-making model of product disassembly sequence with Fuzzy Reasoning Petri Nets (FRPN) is proposed.And then,combined fuzzy reasoning Petri nets with matrix operation,a reasoning algorithm of formalized is adopted to discuss the model of decision-making.Finally,an example is used to illustrate the applications of the proposed methodology.The result shows that the model of decision-making has strong parallel operation ability in the disassembly process sequence.The model can make intelligent decisions based on the product information from each disassembly step.It also can realize the automatic clustering identification and decrease the complexity of product disassembly.
