Purpose:To quantitatively assess the changes in cartilage matrix after acute anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rupture using T2- and T2*-mapping, and analyze the correlation between T2 and T2* value. Methods: Twenty-three patients and 23 healthy controls participated in this study. All subjects underwent quantitative MRI examination. The cartilage of knee was segmented into six compartments: lateral femur (LF), lateral tibia (LT), medial femur (MF), medial tibia (MT), trochlea (Tr), and patella (Pa). T2 and T2* value were measured in full-thickness, superficial, and deep layers of each cartilage compartment. Differences in each measurement were compared using Students t-test, and the correlation was analyzed using Pearsons correlation coefficient. Results: ACL-ruptured patients had a higher T2 value in full LT (fLT), superficial LT (sLT), full LF (fLF), superficial LF (sLF), full MT (fMT), superficial MT (sMT), full MF (fMF) and superficial MF (sMF), and a higher T2* value in fLT, sLT, deep LT (dLT), fLF, sLF, deep LF (dLF), fMT, sMT, fMF and sMF compared with control group. T2* value correlated well with T2 value (r=0.536, P<0.001). The elevated percentages of T2 and T2* value in sLT were most significant (20.738%, 17.525%) while those in Pa and Tr showed the smallest change (Pa: 4.598%, -0.380%; Tr: 3.886%, -2.630%). Conclusion: The early cartilage degeneration can occur after acute ACL rupture with different increased T2 and T2* value in various cartilage compartments, especially in sLT. T2* value correlates well with T2 value and T2*-mapping may be more sensitive to deep layer than T2-mapping.

目的观察预见性护理在老年髋关节置换术(HA)后应用的临床效果。方法 选择同期施行HA治疗老年患者60例,随机分为对照组(28例)与观察组(32例),对照组给予常规专科护理,观察组在基础护理之上加行预见性护理。出院前1天比较两组术后出现的并发症例数、平均住院时间及对护理满意度。
